      "content": "<p>It's a team from Yandex (independent from the organizers, of course).</p>\n<p>It's just as long as Kaggle does not have any means to mark such teams as &quot;out-of-competition&quot; in any other way, we asked such teams to add &quot;(ooc)&quot;. They are still shown as &quot;in the money&quot; teams, but that is just because the system cannot distinguish between &quot;out&quot; and &quot;in&quot; competition teams, as it is something unusual for Kaggle, I guess.&nbsp;</p>",
