Trying to download <strong>any</strong> file, no matter the subset, results in the following error:</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please<br>\n      try accessing the file again later. If the file you are trying to<br>\n      access is particularly large or is shared with many people, it may<br>\n      take up to 24 hours to be able to view or download the file. If you<br>\n      still can't access a file after 24 hours, contact your domain<br>\n      administrator.</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>Would it be possible to mirror the data on a different storage solution? Maybe as a ready-made zip or tarball that can be downloaded with <code>curl</code> / <code>wget</code>.</p>",
