      "content": "<p>Hello,</p>\n\n<p>As part of my PhD I have access to most, if not all, of the papers from Tomas Vantuch's PhD dissertation. At a first glance these papers seem to be full of useful information. I'm not aware of any way of accessing these papers without paying for them. I was wondering if I would be infringing any Kaggle ToS if I posted the PDF versions here. I believe in open research and I think everyone should be given free access to these papers. </p>",
