      "content": "<p>FYI.\nThis issue arises frequently, and it's best to get a response from the host.\nIn a recent BYU competition, where the top winners used Ultralytics/YOLO, the host responded as follows:</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>That does apply to YOLOV8, which is free to all.
