  "content": "<p>Hello everyone, I'm new to Kaggle and I was wondering if the notebook I must send to participate in the competition must contain both training and inference or just the latter.<br>\nIf I need to include the training code too, am I required to train my model inside the notebook or can I train it on my more powerful machine and then upload my weights to the notebook?</p>",

      "content": "<p>You can train locally (outside of the notebook) but to win we have to be able to reproduce your methods (we'd contact you and ask for the code you ran locally so we can do the same).</p>",
