This is an interesting competition.</p>\n<p>After experiencing several submission errors yesterday, as the title suggests, I came up with the hypothesis that perhaps not all of the patent data exists in patent_data.</p>\n<p>This Venn diagram here is what I used for the analysis.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://www.googleapis.com/download/storage/v1/b/kaggle-forum-message-attachments/o/inbox%2F4001300%2F265826befafb63d088c8e64a9bd14c31%2FClipboard01.jpg?generation=1714106591909981&amp;alt=media\"></p>\n<p>There are 13,307,658 unique patents in 'patent_data'.<br>\nThere are 13,306,794 unique patents in 'nearest_neighbors.csv'.</p>\n<p>There are 13,306,701 patents in common, but there are some that exist only in each dataset.</p>\n<p>I probably experienced a 'Notebook Threw Exception' due to a similar phenomenon occurring in the test data.<br>\n※ I managed to avoid a 'Notebook Threw Exception' with a try:except, but then I encountered a 'Submission Scoring Error'. I'm not sure what caused this.</p>\n<p>If there are any mistakes, please point them out!</p>\n<p>enjoy!!</p>",
