  "content": "<p>Hi, </p>\n\n<p>The second \"Throughput\" phase of the challenge is <a href=\"https://competitions.codalab.org/competitions/20112\">online on Codalab</a> !\nSee full details on the web site over there.\nIn a few words: </p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>dataset very similar to the Accuracy phase here on Kaggle, except for larger spread of the origin z 55mm instead of 5.5mm, and a few other fixes</li>\n<li>submission of evaluation software on the platform</li>\n<li>scoring combines time per event and accuracy, accuracy being the score  of the Accuracy phase, except that it is restricted to primary particles (most originating from  very close to the z axis)</li>\n<li>competition is open to every one. Of course, participants to the Accuracy phase have an edge, but the software from 7 among the top performers have been released and can be reused by anyone (it has already happened). And all the kernels and forum discussions can be made to good use. </li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Good luck, see you there</p>\n\n<p>The organizers</p>",
