  "content": "<p>I was trying to browse the 'Data' page without logging in but it brought up a login panel which I am unable to dismiss.  In the past it was possible to browse the forums without logging in.  Also after I logged in and went to the 'Data' page I found that the contents of the page seem to have changed.  I'm pretty sure there used to be a large diagram giving the numbers of the volume_id and layer_id.  It's not there any more.</p>",

      "content": "<p>@CPMP, there has been all kinds of problems particularly with Kaggle kernels in the last few days. One of the issues I have also reported in the following link.
