  "content": "<p>Hi,</p>\n\n<p>I was trying to run the code from Andre's notebook \n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/mindcool/hdbscan-clustering-ii\">https://www.kaggle.com/mindcool/hdbscan-clustering-ii</a>\nin script with HDBSCAN and have been getting the following error whenever I run the code:</p>\n\n<p>RuntimeError: module compiled against API version 0xc but this version of numpy is 0xb</p>\n\n<p>Can someone help me on this and can suggest a solution to the same?</p>\n\n<p>Thanks ,\nPriyank.</p>",
