"content": "<p>So I have pip installed hdbscan but after I do it Spyder won't open (I work in windows 10, Anaconda, python 3.5). If I then go and \"conda update --all \" Spyder will start and I can import hdbscan, but running an hdbscan fit_predict never stops running. I'm guessing there is a dependency somewhere interfering but I don't know which one. Can anyone suggest a work-around or anything to try?</p>",
