  "content": "<p>We had a submission file validation that <em>should</em> have been inclusive of 0, but was not, which was causing errors when people submitted the <code>sample_submission.csv</code> file or any file that contained a 0 for <code>track_id</code>. </p>\n\n<p>This has been corrected, and those submissions have been re-scored. It is OKAY to use 0 for <code>track_id</code> going forward.</p>\n\n<p>Sorry for the confusion!</p>",
