  "content": "<p>The Kaggle community has tremendous expertise in Google's open source ML ecosystem (e.g. <a href=\"https://www.tensorflow.org/\" target=\"_blank\">TensorFlow</a>, <a href=\"https://jax.readthedocs.io/en/latest/\" target=\"_blank\">JAX</a>, etc) so we’ve partnered with <a href=\"https://opensource.google/\" target=\"_blank\">Google OSS</a> and launched the <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/google-oss-expert-prize\" target=\"_blank\">Google OSS Expert prize</a>.
