  "content": "<p>Events are labelled as 1 when kinetic is 0 and 1 but if the labeller is unsure then it doesn't label them as valid. This causes a weird pattern in evaluation:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kinetic -&gt; label 1, included</li>\n<li>Not sure -&gt; label 1 but not included in scoring</li>\n<li>Akinetic -&gt; label 1, included</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Am I missing something?</p>",
