  "content": "<p>Not specific to this competition alone- but very apparent in this one.<br>\nI commit- the code runs for an hour or more, then I need to submit the Notebook. <br>\nThat could lead to a significant waste of time (if you are not available right when the Notebook ends, for example)</p>\n<p>Is there an option for my Notebook to be  submitted immediately after the commit is complete?</p>",
