      "content": "<p>Hey <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/backpack30\" target=\"_blank\">@backpack30</a>, what you need to do is:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Make a Notebook that generates submission.csv in the correct format </li>\n<li>Save the file using: submission_df.to_csv(\"submission.csv\", index = False) || submission_df<br>\n--&gt; your submission Dataframe in the correct format</li>\n<li>Make sure the internet option is toggled off</li>\n<li>Commit your notebook</li>\n<li>Once complete - select \"submit to competition\"</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Let me know if you did alright!</p>",
