  "content": "<p>For those of you who haven't used Kaggle notebooks before, I found some info that might be useful:</p>\n<p>You can use the GPUs and TPUs by selecting 'Accelerator', but this needs your account to be verified with your phone number.</p>\n<p>Technical specifications for the computational environments available are here: <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/docs/notebooks#technical-specifications\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/docs/notebooks#technical-specifications</a><br>\nUsing the TPU gives you 96 CPUs, the others 4.</p>\n<p>If no code is executed in 20 minutes, the notebook will time out - but you can schedule a run at a different time.</p>\n<p>If you want to work locally, you can! You just have to then import your notebook or script to Kaggle to run and submit the file.</p>",
