  "content": "<p>I just misunderstood something at first and this was my original question, sorry in advance :)</p>\n\n<p>I've noticed that thre is no external data thread or discussion in this competition. Does that mean that we can use external data and pretrained models without letting participant know that we it ? It is the opposite case for most recent kaggle competition that allow external data to be used. It will be a huge relief and ecoragement to participate and would make the competition more fair for many people if participent need to share their external data and pretrained model if they're willing to use in their final submission. </p>",
