  "content": "<p>I've got the GCP Credit but can't use GPU without doing a pay of $140.</p>\n\n<p>There is a quota limit of 0 GPU for my account.</p>\n\n<p>Update: I've contact GCP Support and looks like the can increase this quota but it can take 2-3 days :(</p>\n\n<p>Update 2: Got it :)</p>",

It seems like I hit some arbitrary wall every time I try to do anything in GCP.
