      "content": "<p>I'd say it's another 'side' of the competition, with the goal (for google) of getting an efficient model (a rpi3's CPU cluster is pretty much what low end phones use) that can be integrated into Tensorflow itself, at least as an example.</p>\n\n<p>Overall it's a nice counterweight to the massively powered models that often get brought out to win competitions :)</p>",
