What I am mentioning here is after our (me and @tiquasar) discussion with @anshulkhadse
\nSince starting of the competition me and @tiquasar were working together aware of all the rules. In the later phase (25th Jan) of competition @anshulkhadse proposed a merger. Before merging I clarified all the things about Anshul's teammates and also that they're not disobeying Kaggle Competition rules. To that he said that they are aware of all the rules and complying them. Hence, we trusted and teamed up.
\nAfter then throughout the competition we were playing fair without any cheating. We were on 45th position in private lb. It is today, after leaderboard was finalized and our team got disqualified, @anshulkhadse told truth that he and @blackjack1997 were not together since beginning of the competition and were sharing code and models before merging their teams. This is what led to disqualification of our team.
\nI and @tiquasar worked towards the competition whole heartedly and fairly without the knowledge of exact submission details by other team members before merger as the information provided by them was not true.

what happened is very unfortunate, after working so hard and reaching a top LB position.
\nIt could be very helpful if Kaggle had some kind of system to detect and warn people beforehand, so that the people who are working dedicatedly on the comp don't have to suffer.

My teammate said he once had the same experience as you and it caused the lose of one of his gold medal in the end.
