The problem with submission file was that it was not getting generated in Output folder although the step was written to create this file in the end. Also after about 4 hours of RunAll, the session was getting quickly closed and whole exercise was getting void. Will however retry the exercise and be vigilant till the end of the run. Thanks a lot again.

You only do iterations over iterator and do env.submit for each of calls.
