  "content": "<p>Hi Kagglers!<br>\nThere are some Public notebooks using tracking system.<br>\nThey use norfair tracking lib.<br>\nThis lib estimates object's position and velocity with kalman filter.<br>\nBut I think there are more efficient way to estimate cot's position than kalman filter.</p>\n<p>Cots don't move in sequence and the camera moves only forward (the direction of it sometimes moves….)<br>\nWhat do you think?</p>",
