  "content": "<p>Hi,</p>\n<p>If someone else is struggling with offline installing some modules, try to disable links and add link path, like:<br>\n<code>!pip install --no-index --find-links \"/kaggle/input/modules/\" \"/kaggle/input/modules/&lt;module_name&gt;.tar\"</code><br>\nPreviously you can download the requirements with <code>!pip download &lt;module_name&gt;</code> to the output directory, then you need to add to the input the downloaded files (like into /input/modules).</p>\n<p>Good luck</p>",
