  "content": "<p>Just started looking at frames from the same sequence where annotations number change. I found that some frames are not annotated even though the starfish is visible. This makes it difficult to create a robust validation set and also raises questions about the hidden test set.</p>\n<p>Here is an example of sequential frames:</p>\n<p><a href=\"https://ibb.co/4PWv20X\" target=\"_blank\">https://ibb.co/4PWv20X</a> (best viewed in zoom)</p>\n<p>If you ask me I would say starfish in this example is visible beginning from frame 12 of video 0.</p>",
