  "content": "<p>My notebook <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/awsaf49/great-barrier-reef-yolov5-infer\" target=\"_blank\">Great-Barrier-Reef: YOLOv5 [infer] 🌊</a> has been at the bottom for almost <strong>2 days</strong>. I can't seem to find a reason for that. This notebook is not even that old. <br>\nI know kaggle can't reveal how <strong>Hotness</strong> algorithm works but they really need to fix it. Keeping one's notebook at the bottom for too long doesn't seem fair to me.<br>\n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/addisonhoward\" target=\"_blank\">@addisonhoward</a> </p>\n<h2>Fixed:</h2>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>This issue is due to <strong>private dataset</strong>. After fixing it my notebook is finally free from the bottom position.<br>\n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/cdeotte\" target=\"_blank\">@cdeotte</a> perhaps you are facing the same issue?</p>",

We do decrease the hotness of notebooks that use private data since this damages the reproducibility and makes the notebook less useful to other users.  Hopefully this clarifies things.</p>",
