  "content": "<p>I am having this very frustrating error when trying to unzip train.csv.zip. When unzipping in terminal it returns: </p>\n\n<blockquote>\n  <p>michael$ unzip train.csv.zip</p>\n</blockquote>\n\n<p><code>Archive:  train.csv.zip</code></p>\n\n<p><code>End-of-central-directory signature not found.  Either this file is not</code></p>\n\n<p><code>a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  In the</code></p>\n\n<p><code>latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on</code></p>\n\n<p><code>the last disk(s) of this archive.</code></p>\n\n<p><code>unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of train.csv.zip or</code>\n<code>train.csv.zip.zip, and cannot find train.csv.zip.ZIP, period.</code></p>\n\n<p>I am on MacOS version 10.11.6. </p>\n\n<p>If this issue cannot be solved then it'd be much appreciated if someone were to send me their copy of train.csv preferably not in a zip file this time.</p>",

Besides, sharing the data outside of Kaggle is not allowed.</p>\n\n<p>You should be able to download using <a href=\"https://github.com/Kaggle/kaggle-api\"><strong>Kaggle API</strong></a>. Also, consider that your unzip may need updating.</p>",

I was getting an error message about PK version being less than some expected version... It turns out that <code>zip</code> which ships with OS X / Unix <code>zip</code> hasn't kept up with its commercial friend, <code>pkzip</code> so I figured I'd try installing a more modern zipping utility like 7zip and that did the trick!</p>",
