  "content": "<p>We want to form a team with other participant.</p>\n\n<p>We followed instructions at <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/wiki/FormingATeam\">https://www.kaggle.com/wiki/FormingATeam</a>\nRegister to the competition, accept conditions, made one submission. </p>\n\n<p>Then we both are able to find each other in the Team tab under Invite others, but after clicking on Request Merge button, we get the error message:</p>\n\n<p>!You don't have permission for this operation</p>\n\n<p>What could be the reason?</p>",
