      "content": "<p>Yes, it is official, but any information about the competition itself will stay in kaggle, the chat group is for the purpose of helping those Chinese competitors who have trouble in English. \nAny questions abuot the competition that bring up in chat group will be synchronized in kaggle as well. \nWe will check it again with kaggle, if it is against the rule, we will shutdown the chat group immediately. </p>",

      "content": "<p>English couldn't be an issue for any Chinese competitors, at least in writing or reading for Chinese data scientists. Further, well, google can help. For an official kaggle game, the  kaggle community could be the best place for any discussions, not wechat group.</p>",
