  "content": "<p>Hello colleagues,</p>\n<p>As usual in any competition, I would like to ask you to remember one important point - if you like some kernel or fork it to create your own solution, it will be great to put upvote for the initial kernel and make the reference to it inside the new one. Upvoting is the great chance to say \"I respect your work\".</p>\n<p>P.S. The message for downvoters - I'm talking not about my kernels, this is the general question for every kernel in any competition</p>\n<p>Peace for everybody,<br>\nAlex</p>",

Many kagglers are eager to have their work to be seen and maybe reach higher positions. </p>\n<p>Some are takers, other are givers. In general, givers grow faster. And downvoters will be forgotten by algorithms.</p>\n<p>Nowadays, you're one of the few GM in Competitions that constantly contribute to the growth of our community sharing PUBLIC work.</p>\n<p>Kagglers need GMs. Mostly the experienced and talented.  That's a two way street. </p>\n<p>Thank you for all the remarkable, amazing work that you provide to us with your generosity. Don't stop Ryzhkov!</p>\n<p>Best regards,<br>\nMarília.</p>",
