  "content": "<p>Dear All</p>\n\n<p>We need a help by any R experts:</p>\n\n<p>We need guide tutorial to learn:</p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Reading Image (JPEG). \n2-Convert it into pixels. \n3-Extract part of the image using pixels coordinates.\n4-Convert the extracted coordinates in (3) into Image and display it on the screen.</li>\n</ol>\n\n<p>Can any one help me in writing this simple code.</p>\n\n<p>I appreciate the help by any R expert.</p>\n\n<p>Thank you</p>",
