  "content": "<p>We've launched a second part of this competition at:\n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/stanford-rna-3d-folding-2/\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/stanford-rna-3d-folding-2/</a></p>\n<p>If you participated in Part 1, it only takes 5 minutes to get started in Part 2. </p>\n<p>Just:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Edit and clone your favorite notebook(s) from Part 1.</li>\n<li>In the panel for Inputs/Competitions, \"Remove\" the prior competition.</li>\n<li>Add as an input the new competition (type <code>stanford-rna-3d-folding-2</code> and it should pop up)</li>\n<li>Within your notebook code, find the word  \"stanford-rna-3d-folding/\" and replace it with \"stanford-rna-3d-folding-2/\"</li>\n<li>Go to the \"Submit to Competition\" panel and submit!</li>\n</ol>\n<p>I did this with one of my previous notebooks here: \n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/code/rhijudas/mmseqs2-3d-rna-template-identification-part-2\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/code/rhijudas/mmseqs2-3d-rna-template-identification-part-2</a></p>\n<p>From there, you can take a look at the 28 targets in the new example <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/stanford-rna-3d-folding-2/data?select=test_sequences.csv\" target=\"_blank\"><code>test_sequences.csv</code></a>. </p>\n<p>There are some new kinds of targets with multiple RNA chains and with proteins and small molecule ligands. Your score should improve as you generalize your notebooks to properly these cases. Of course you can also try totally new strategies -- over two months are left until the deadline of March 18, 2026.</p>\n<p>Hope to see everyone in Part 2! </p>",
