  "content": "<p>I've been attempting to solve this one really annoying problem for weeks now…</p>\n<p>I'm trying to import torch geometric, torch cluster, torch sparse, torch scatter, and torch spline conv but it requires me to use! pip. And to comply with the competition requirement of no using internet, I have tried to download the whl versions of these to load offline. Except, everything I do does not seem to work. I desperately need 5 imports…</p>\n<p>It does not help that I am new at this specific stuff…</p>\n<p>Torch version: 2.5.1+cu124<br>\nCUDA version: 12.4<br>\nPyG version: 2.6.1<br>\ntorch-cluster version: 1.6.3<br>\ntorch-sparse version: 0.6.18</p>",
