  "content": "<p>Hi, I am a student, working on this competition,<br>\nActually i am applying for a project as intern 😅, need recommend from your experience for application, if selected in building it.</p>\n<p>Primary goals of this project are the design and implementation of open source tooling for a number of state-of-art algorithms, benchmarks, and data repositories under a consistent API, which in turn enables developing state-of-art open source AI approaches for the task of in-silico aptamer design.</p>\n<pre><code>What tools, frameworks, libraries would you recommend for interoperable APIs data pipelines in AI-driven drug \nAre there any open datasets repositories you’ve found particularly useful for aptamer ligand modeling?\n\nWhat are some practices for designing datasets evaluation criteria for models?\n\nHow would you recommend approaching the integration of AI models (like AlphaFold similar) into a reproducible open source framework?\n\nFor someone new to in-silico what core technical concepts I focus on to contribute meaningfully?\n\nAre there any successful examples of open source projects in this space that could serve as models \nHow do you handle versioning collaboration in complex software with many moving parts?\n\nAny advice on collaborating with domain experts (e.g., chemists) as a technical contributor?\n\n**What will help you in process of the AI, make the process smooth?**\n</code></pre>\n<p><strong>Any other advise or recommendation about tool you wanna give?</strong></p>",
