  "content": "<p>I want to analyze the prediction results using the protenix model, but I found that the length of prediction = prediction['coordinate'][:, data['input_feature_dict']['atom_to_tokatom_idx'] == 0] is very short. Judging from the atom encoding, it should be the P atom. In the first prediction result, its length is only 1, while the lengths for other main chain atoms are all 69. I would like to know how to obtain the complete sequence length for the P atom.</p>",
