There must be no <code>nan</code> values.</p>",

So the index are not going from one to last. Try to populate the sample submission file with your predictions, but base your matching on the ID columns. </p>\n<p>In other words, based on what worked for me: populate the sample submission file with your predictions in a way that the ID columns match. </p>\n<p>EDIT: It does seem you have too many rows. The sample submission file has a little over 2500.</p>",
