  "content": "<p>I understand that the 'temporal cutoff' for RNA sequence data is based on 'Released' in PDB database. I have confirmed this for several entries in train.csv.</p>\n<p>However, this does not hold true for validation.csv.</p>\n<p>For example in target_id : R1108(in validation.csv, pdb_id -&gt; 7QR3), 'temporal_cutoff' was defined as 2022-05-27. <br>\n<img src=\"https://www.googleapis.com/download/storage/v1/b/kaggle-forum-message-attachments/o/inbox%2F16952345%2Fd4f50e504384f2069a9dc149c21167ec%2F2025-03-27%200.58.38.png?generation=1743004858948423&amp;alt=media\" alt=\"\"></p>\n<p>but 'Released' in PDB database is 2022-10-26.<br>\n<img src=\"https://www.googleapis.com/download/storage/v1/b/kaggle-forum-message-attachments/o/inbox%2F16952345%2F8a8c589830ebb48473a8129888d601e5%2F2025-03-27%200.58.48.png?generation=1743004925461535&amp;alt=media\" alt=\"\"></p>\n<p>Why?
