  "content": "<p>The third week of my learning path involved creating an evaluation metric system from this notebook: <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/code/jaejohn/rna-3d-folding-evaluation/notebook\" target=\"_blank\">🧬 RNA 3D Folding: Evaluation</a> and combining it with the inference notebook provided by <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/code/shujun717/ribonanzanet-3d-inference\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.kaggle.com/code/shujun717/ribonanzanet-3d-inference</a></p>\n<p>I submitted 2 notebooks understanding the principles and the pipeline generating to get predictions.</p>\n<p>My next move will be to check some interesting discussions about the TM-score and some notebooks that use xgboost and the most recent notebook from the organizer <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/code/shujun717/ribonanzanet-3d-inference-add-structure-module\" target=\"_blank\">RibonanzaNet 3D Inference add structure module</a> </p>\n<p>I want to understand deeply the fine-tune notebook and the results from the previous competition that created the RibonanzaNet 3D model. </p>\n<p>If you have any suggestions feel free to post it! I am looking for anything to help me learn. </p>\n<p>My goal is to reach 100 submissions.</p>",

Put code into ChatGPT (or any other you use) and ask as many questions as you can, if you still feel that it is difficult to understand or do not have any experience with deep learning models and advanced Python code go to the playground competition, they usually easier to understand. </p>\n<p>I hope this helps.
