How much time is available for each RNA?</p>\n<p>I'm concerned about exceeding the time limit when evaluating 40 RNAs after the contest if fewer than 40 RNAs are provided in Phase 2. Does the fact that a submission completed successfully within the time limit during the contest (Phase 2) guarantee that it will also finish within the time limit in the final evaluation?</p>",
