However, I'm not sure I did a good job doing it. can anyone please help verify?<br>\nwhen I graph it. I saw some has the shape of DNA idk if that's a good thing or bad thing.</p>\n<p>thanks in advance</p>",

About that dataset I've asked my blue whale friend and apparently it contains structures from pdb, RNA Central, and synthetic… A part from the synthetic ones if they're new sequences different from the ones we already have everything is fine.</p>",
