"content": "
Hi Kagglers,
\n
I joined this competition roughly a week ago, which might seem a little late, but it's never too late to start learning, is it? As I dove into the competition, I spent a week understanding the basics of how RNA folding works and what it is this competition is really asking us to predict. To help out other members of the community who may have had the same questions, I have published my findings in the following notebook. The notebook answers questions such as the following:
\n
\n
What is meant by RNA folding?
\n
What are the biological rules by which RNA molecules can fold?
\n
Where do the 2A3 and DMS chemicals come into this?
\n
How can you get started with modeling yourself?
\n
\n
I hope you find this useful - happy Kaggling!
",
