      "content": "<p>The goal of this competition is not to predict the reactivity for each sequence, but rather to predict the reactivity for each element (base) in the sequence. </p>\n<p>So if an RNA sequence has 170 elements, you have to predict 170 values.   </p>\n<p>So the <code>id_min</code>/<code>id_max</code> is the starting and ending id the elements in a particular sequence. </p>\n<p>So if I have a sequence <code>ACGUG</code>, and <code>id_min = 10</code> an <code>id_max= 14</code>, then the first element in my sequence has id 10, and the last has id 14 and I need to add: </p>\n<p>10, value, value<br>\n11, value, value<br>\n12, value, value<br>\n13, value, value<br>\n14, value, value</p>\n<p>to my preictions. </p>",
