      "content": "<p>In my opinion, it's a little unfair for the teams which register at the beginning. I think in ieee ,  this is a undergraduates' competition ,although for all person  in Kaggle. Once the professional experts notice the extension of registration.They do all of the work for their students..I do agree that Kaggle is for everybody.But ieee competition is for undergraduates,isn't it? Unfortunately，I believe  some experts have been prepare all for their students and then join the ieee competition. I truly hope the organizer can stop them  to make the competition more fair.Thx</p>",
