  "content": "<p>We are excited to announce the start of the third Google Smartphone Decimeter Challenge.<br>\nThe competition aims at engaging the community in solving smartphone positioning challenges; enabling applications that require high precision location such as lane-level navigation.</p>\n<p>We are coming back this year with more datasets spanning more routes and higher quality ground truth. We also have simplified data representations that make it easier for the Kaggle community to hit the ground running.<br>\nWe can't wait to see the novel ideas from the the GNSS and Data Science community.</p>\n<p>The Challenge Team.</p>",
