  "content": "<p>To tell the truth, I didn't really follow the last competition organized in 2021. But looking at the past winners in <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/smartphone-decimeter-2022/discussion/322510\" target=\"_blank\">this post</a>, it seems that this competition is less machine learning or AI, and more about (network) optimization and relates to telecom. </p>\n<p>It's great to see Kaggle expand to other types of <em>data science</em> competitions, and to see more open-access data in the telecom industry being released. </p>\n<p>Good luck!</p>",
