  "content": "<p>We are excited to announce the start of the second Google Smartphone Decimeter Challenge.<br>\nThe competition aims at engaging the community in solving smartphone positioning challenges;  enabling applications that require high precision location such as lane-level navigation.</p>\n<p>We are coming back this year with more datasets spanning more routes. We also have simplified data representations that make it easier for the Kaggle community to hit the ground running.<br>\nWe can't wait to see the novel ideas from the the GNSS and Data Science community.</p>\n<p>The Challenge Team.</p>",

You can use as much or as little of the training data as you find helpful.</p>\n<p>Your submission should follow the same format as sample_submission.csv.</p>",

Will ITRF2014 @ 2010 be acceptable as defined here <a href=\"https://noaa-cors-pds.s3.amazonaws.com/coord/coord_14/itrf2014_xyz.comp.txt\" target=\"_blank\">https://noaa-cors-pds.s3.amazonaws.com/coord/coord_14/itrf2014_xyz.comp.txt</a>?</li>\n<li>Are we to submit the test data or both test and train data?</li>\n<li>How accurate should the timestamps be in the solution file? I noticed there is a slight loss of time precision when using the RINEX 3.03 data versus the device_gnss data. So if I use RINEX to calculate the solution, the timestamps will have a slight loss of accuracy. </li>\n</ol>\n<p>Will appreciate your response to these.</p>",
