  "content": "<p>Have waited for a while to be able to use Colab Pro, Colab is a great tool beside Kaggle, to experiment and test some Data Science ideas.<br>\nThe big paradox though, is when I look at the site it says Only in US but what I see in Kaggle is that many people refers to their work on Colab Pro, and they don't live in US.<br>\nIs it me, have I got this wrong. Do they mean that servers are Only in US but one can use them from any country?<br>\nSince Colab is also owned by Google, maybe the Kaggle team or someone else here knows, I would really appreciate help with a clarification, can a non- US citizen sign-up and use Colab Pro outside US?</p>",
