Checked the LB, found I'd dropped about 50-60 places in a few hours and the LB looks like this:

Most of the novice accounts in the top ranks have no previous posts, info, comps, etc.
\nThis is the first competition that I have taken really seriously. Is this kind of thing normal at the end or is something fishy going on?

I saw some guy's post this morning (it's night right now) and he was complaining how an other guy made some notebook and is giving away like top-solution file on SIIM-ISIC Challenge. And so many people just got that file and are submitting like crazy.
\nI don't know how verified that accusation was, but I think this may be the reason.
