I have experienced this on and off for the past 3 weeks or so but I did not report it because I could not reproduce it when it happens. It is intermittent and terribly annoying.</p>",

      "content": "<p>I was facing this issue too, I reported but did not get any reply, the biggest of all problem is that after this happening, we can't submit the submission directly, because we can't add the competition data. :/</p>",

It's quite irritating. What I did next was import all the data set again manually (like the first time we start working).</p>",
