      "content": "<p>You have to submit csv of predictions, you do that by saving,(commit) your finished version of model. then viewing the version &amp;  output, there's a submit button at bottom to enter comp and that saves metadata and output. You also don't need to make public, but I find it's a good way to learn as other kagglers can see and comment and update.<br>\nEach comp has it own rules so check each time</p>",
