  "content": "<p>Hey guys, I've ran into a problem when trying to use a TPU in my notebookl, even though I've used the boilerplate code from the kaggle docs and used the \"with strategy.scope()\"  call to build the model for some reason the model is not using the TPU. What's even stranger is that on the top bars where it shows the usage stats both the TPU and CPU bars are not being used effectively. I've been stuck on this problem for some time now, if anyone can offer help I'd much appreciate it.</p>",
